Non-Medical Services

The services provided are emotional wellness coaching and leadership development. They are not medical treatment, mental health therapy, or psychiatric services. Your organization is responsible for ensuring employees with mental health concerns receive appropriate clinical care.

Organization acknowledges these are non-medical coaching services and will maintain responsibility for employee mental health care.

Payment & Scheduling

Payment Terms:

Invoices are provided upon engagement signing. Payment terms are Net 30 unless otherwise negotiated. Late payment may result in service suspension.

Scheduling:

Workshops and training sessions will be scheduled based on mutual availability. Cancellations or rescheduling require 14 days' notice.

Organization accepts payment terms and scheduling requirements.

Cancellation Policy

▪Cancellations with 14+ days notice: Full refund of prepaid services
▪Cancellations with 7-13 days notice: 50% refund
▪Cancellations with <7 days notice: No refund
▪No-shows: Full session fee charged

Organization understands and accepts the cancellation policy.

Confidentiality Commitment

All participant information shared in workshops or coaching sessions is held confidential. Individual details will not be shared with organizational leadership without participant consent, except as required by law.

Organization accepts confidentiality terms and respects participant privacy.

Organization Responsibilities

▪Provide adequate time and space for workshops or coaching sessions

▪Ensure participant attendance and engagement

▪Maintain focus on emotional wellness objectives (not performance metrics)

▪Support implementation of coaching recommendations

▪Pay invoices on time

Organization accepts these responsibilities and commits to full engagement.

Liability Limitations

Mary's services are provided on an "as is" basis. Mary is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services. Organization assumes all responsibility for decisions made based on coaching recommendations.

Organization understands and accepts liability limitations.
