Payment for coaching services is due at the time of service, unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing.
We currently accept Zelle for scheduled coaching services. The service, exact amount, and recipient information must be confirmed directly with Mary before payment is sent. Payment must be received in full before services are rendered unless another arrangement is documented in writing.
Pricing for coaching services may change at any time. Current rates will be provided before engaging in services.
Services rendered are non-refundable. Prepaid packages may be carried forward to future sessions if not used within the agreed timeframe.
Cancellations made 48 hours in advance are free. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are charged the full session rate.
Either party may terminate the coaching engagement at any time with written notice. No refunds are issued for sessions already delivered. Unused prepaid sessions are forfeited unless alternative arrangements are made in writing.
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the transaction. Refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
