Privacy and Its Limits

Mary respects the privacy of information shared during individual services. These non-medical coaching communications may not carry the same legal privilege as communications with a licensed therapist or physician.

Information may be disclosed when permission is provided, when required by law or valid legal process, or when action is reasonably necessary to address an immediate safety concern. Do not submit sensitive wellness details through ordinary email, text messages, or public website fields.
